The analytical study of viscous, incompressible, conducting fluid flow in multiple regions past and through an impermeable cylinder embedded in a sparsely packed porous medium in presence of transverse magnetic field is presented. Modified Brinkman equation and Stokes equation are used as governing equations. Here we have computed Tangential velocity component, Normal velocity component, streamlines and drag coefficient. The effect of dimensionless parameters on the fluid flow have been analyzed and presented graphically.
