Rapid expansion of the information technology (IT) sector has fundamentally altered the nature of Indian corporate standards. According to the National Association of Software and Services Companies (NASSCOM), the growth rate for 2019–2020 is between 12 and 14 percent. This indicates that the IT sector would become a significant market niche in the growth of the Indian economy. However, many IT organizations view the high attrition rate as a curse because it has become one of the worst disasters and makes it difficult for these corporates to recruit employees who meet their needs. It must be immediately and instantly reduced. To stop the increasing attrition, a coordinated, planned strategy and an innovative, improved prototype must be used. The factors influencing the intention to leave and level of planned employees—primarily female employees in the IT industry—are examined in this empirical study.
