Abstract

Today manufacturing organizations are struggling in highly competitive global business environment. To achieve sustainability the organizations needs to be committed to continuous strive for excellence. The study aims to explore the impact of quality management practices on product quality and operational performance through a survey. The survey aimed upon obtaining the responses majorly from Managers, Assistant Managers and Executives across pharmaceutical, automobile and electronics production units. The outcome of the study endorses that quality management practices has positive an incremental impact on product quality and operational performance.
